Placing 11th in the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For in 2020 and placing 2nd in the Best Companies to work for in the South East 2019 We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our Manufacturing Division at our Lower Earley office. As a Account Manager, you will join our Training Academy, where we will mentor and coach you from day one of your career. You will receive full training on how to find the perfect candidate for your position and learn about the whole life cycle of recruitment. You may have worked in recruitment previously, but this is not essential - we are looking for a driven, sales professional who enjoys a largely telephone based role with some face to face client interaction. Our recruitment training is bespoke, and we have a dedicated Learning and Development Manager who will be on hand to support you throughout your career with Orion. We offer management and Senior Consultant training as you progress your career with us. We are passionate about developing each and every member of our team and we will regularly sit down with you to review where you are in terms of your career path and where you want to get to. As an Account Manager, You will work supporting the recruitment of some of our key clients. One of your core activities will be to learn how to become proficient in the fundamentals of recruitment by providing candidate resourcing support, recruitment, and lead generating. As you progress within your role, you will attend careers events and face to face client meetings. It will be a part of your job to cross and up-sell Orion's recruitment offerings into your accounts and to that end, you will attend client meetings with consultants from other teams Working within a supportive team you will have network of consultants to work alongside who are all focussed on hitting team targets and having a good deal of fun along the way What are we looking for? You don't have to be an experienced sales person to be considered but we are looking for people who are a motivated self-starter and hungry for success You will have an excellent telephone manner, Good written English and PC knowledge are also ideal for this role. If you have attend face to face client meetings as a part of other roles then this is advantageous but not essential.
