New Business Sales Executive Salary: - £20k to £25k depending on experience OTE uncapped £1k per month realistic York My client who is a leading insurance company are looking to recruit an experienced New Business Sales Executive to cover the YO postcode. They have now decided to implement a new sales role in this location working within the field, however one day per week will be spent in the office. New Business Development The responsibility of the New Business Sales Executive is to Making professional outbound calls into new sectors (SME) to find the decision makers, you will then go out into the field to speak to these clients, whilst again also generating new leads. Responsibilities To identify new revenue opportunities across your market sectors Proactive sourcing of new clients Making outbound calls to SME’s to discuss their needs Arrange and attend meetings to promote the business Working in the Field attending appointments and generating new leads Building rapport Selling my clients features and benefits Overcoming objections and closing the sale Experience & Skills Required for the New Business Sales Executive: The successful candidate will demonstrate the following: Strong sales and Business Development exposure Can clearly demonstrate strong client facing skills Excellent communication skills along with a clear and confident telephone manner. Professional approach as working and representing professionals in the marketplace Ability to build strong rapport quickly Ability to think on your feet Demonstrate the ability to consult and understand your client's needs and match accordingly Strong prospecting skills and the ability to build customer relationships through consultative selling, allowing us to build long term business relationships. You will be expected to source and build sales pipeline as well as keeping in touch regularly with an existing database.
