Can you build rapport and listen to customer needs? My client - the UK’s only fully integrated provider of home phone, mobile, broadband, gas and electricity services are currently recruiting for an Inbound Telesales Advisor to join their team. As Inbound Telesales Advisor you will manage inbound calls and speak to potential customers who are inquiring about utilities. You will also speak to existing customers that are thinking of leaving with the aim of retaining their business. What you will actually do: Inbound call management Speaking to people who haven't been a customer before and breaking down the benefits of my clients 'one stop shop' solution Identify opportunities to cross and upsell other services in order for the customer to save money Developing a thorough knowledge of the businesses products and services and also those of competitors Use effective questioning to identify which services customers’ could benefit from and increase the sales potential of every call Exceeding customer expectations and developing a good level of rapport Understanding the importance of retaining existing customers What you will need: Experience of working in telesales, retail sales or general sales Motivated and loves working in a high energy target-driven environment The ability to build rapport with callers and identify opportunities to up sell and convert them into multiservice customers Account Management skills Ability to provide a good level of customer service and willing to go 'the extra mile’ to retain a valued customer Strong interpersonal and communication skills This role is paying a basic salary of £22,000 with a competitive bonus structure of up to £8,000 uncapped.
