Overview
My client is an established and highly regarded executive search firm working in the VC/PE backed client space. Their clients are typically technology driven disruptor's/SAAS based businesses. They have offices in the UK and the US, and an enviable reputation in their space. They are looking to hire an established Sales recruiter, with experience working in the SAAS/Venture Capital/Private Equity/MarTech space to help build this desk. They have a established client base and lots of warm contacts, but this role requires someone with the tenacity to build the desk from the established contacts, and develop new ones in the process. A distinct advantage of this opportunity is the chance to build a contingent desk within an established executive search firm, with a very grown up environment, and an enviable top down client base with lots of senior stakeholders. You will need to enjoy business development, but within a warm environment. Salary on offer in the range of £35-50 base plus a very good commission structure. Opportunity to grow a small team and develop into a management role is also part of the appeal, whilst working in a very grown up and established environment. A unique role, not to be missed.
