Lettings Negotiator - Oxford - Package up to £35,000 This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most reputable Estate and Lettings agents in the UK. My client is a very well established premium brand with branches throughout the UK dealing with Lettings, Estate Agency, Commercial, Land and Auctions. They hold a big market share within the mid - high end market and pride themselves on their first class customer service. They are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team in Oxford. This role offers a very competitive package and a superb training programme. Lettings experience is preferable as the role will involve managing your own workload and responsible for managing the process for the applicants and tenants. A great opportunity to join a premium brand with progression opportunities. Lettings Negotiator Duties: Applicant management in line with company procedures Efficiently deal with Landlord and Tenant enquiries Visiting all properties available to Let within 24 hours of instruction Booking and undertaking viewings Matching of applicants and twice weekly applicant call out Maintain database of relocation agents in the area Negotiating the terms of tenancies with landlords and tenants and managing the paperwork Negotiating renewals when applicable for properties Ensure the team is aware of any terminations and the relevant action is in place Assistant the coordinator with preparing new properties for marketing Liaising with photographers Send brochure to Landlord for confirmation of agreement to live advertising Letting Negotiator Skills: Preferably ARLA licensed but not essential Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc Self-starter, who relishes challenges and strives for the best Strong team player: builds relationships and consults with others, quickly establishes trust and credibility Confident with a positive outlook Ethical with strong integrity
