As a specialist consultancy with dedicated divisions, you will join a particular team to learn your sector and become an expert. Divisions include finance, legal, housing, technical, HR, education and more. Using intelligent methods to develop relationships with businesses in your industry, and professional candidates. Our client has invested heavily in their training and development programme, making it as productive and structured as possible. You will have a dedicated mentor to support your daily development, as well as training carried out by senior consultants and Directors. Your training will be tailored to you specifically, based on your strengths and weaknesses, which will give you a fantastic start.
