About the role The right candidate will have a strong network in the payments industry and an ability to manage external stakeholders in risk, compliance and boarding with a willingness to learn our technology. To Succeed in this role, you will have the following capabilities: Proven experience in payments from an acquirer and/or payment service provider A track record of delivering acquiring and gateway solutions to businesses with a focus of large merchants A 'self-starter’ who can build, grow and maintain a sales pipeline and deliver against revenue targets A work hard and play hard attitude, the job often requires going the extra mile to make the difference to our customers A natural team player - whilst you will have your own target as a sole contributor, we are a team and it is expected that you will help bask in your own success whilst helping your team achieve their own successes. The ideal candidate will be based within commuting distance to London. Occasional travel to our headquarters in Cambridge will also be required from time to time. Key tasks: Leverage new and existing relationships across different industry sectors such as Education, Government, Insurance, Lending, E-commerce, Retail and Financial Services Deliver BACS and Direct debit solutions to UK customers Manage responses to RFPs, RFQs and RFIs Identify, qualify and close sales opportunities and strategic relationships Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline Create and execute your own account plans with accurate forecasting of opportunities on a monthly/quarterly basis - including the accurate determination of when the sale will land and the associated likelihood of success Actively engage prospects contacting CashFlows and all inbound prospects driven by marketing activity ?Attend and represent the company at business events and exhibitions Maintain CRM records, aggressively close deals and finalise contracts, meet/exceed sales quotas and revenue goals Manage the post sales customer experience, actively introducing customer services and relationship management Anything else?
