Then we have the role for you We are currently recruiting a Digital Marketing Advisor for our client based in York city centre, who are currently expanding and looking for Advisors to join their team. Within the role, you will be carrying out business to business sales, whilst ensuring excellent customer service at all times. You will gain knowledge of specific sectors, and gain a portfolio of clients. You will need to be confident carrying out inbound and outbound calls whilst working to KPI's, achieving sales targets and key objectives. An excellent customer service and telephone manner is essential in this role as the Digital Marketing Advisor will be the point of contact and representing the business new, prospective clients. Experience and skills: Sales experience from a business to business environment preferred, although not essential Increase opportunity for sales by, where appropriate, booking video conference appointments to allow a more in-depth sales approach with potential clients Experience of using CRM's and confident in Microsoft packages. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of market(s), competitors, market statistics and changes. Excellent communication skills The role is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with a salary of £22k - £25k plus uncapped bonus.
