This business offer a bespoke service to high-end clients and do not believe that one size fits all. The Job The company are members of Propertymark. As well as in-house training, trainees will be sent on An ARLA or NAEA training courses and eventually be required to achieve their level 3 qualification. Initially the role will involve assisting the Manager of the Sales and Lettings Department in: • Preparing and delivering, by hand and/or by post, canvassing material • Arrange and book in sales or lettings viewings and appraisals • Book out keys and confirm with applicants and vendors. • Register applicants • Conduct call-outs • Conducting viewings • Liaise with and update all clients and applicants. • The role will involve updating both with feedback and subsequently, advice on further actions required. Who Fits the Bill? The ideal applicant will be a recent graduate looking to kick start a successful career in property lettings, sales and management. This is an excellent entry level potion, providing excellent training and career progression opportunity. Punctuality and attention to detail are essential. Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm Mon to Fri, 10:00am to 4:00pm every third Sat. Salary: £20,000 plus commission OTE: £35,000 pa
