Head office located in Harpenden with major clients prestigious household names such as ASOS, Heineken, Nuffield and Deloitte. Part of a Consultancy in which the CEO is heavily involved and published industry authors. The platform supports organisations with their employee engagement by "pulsing" within an organisation. Providing short sharp surveys that gauge employee engagement and understands the culture and feelings within an organisation. The excellent analytics such as - instant results, sentiment analysis, heat maps, segmentation, google translate, word analysis to pick up key and repeated words, positive/neutral/negative ratings and complete anonymity allows organisations to understand their employee landscape and improve employee engagement, motivation and improve relations throughout their organisation as well as target any issues that can be remedied through consultation insight and coaching with leaders. The Business Development Consultant role is an opportunity to make a real impact within this thriving organisation, a structured development plan, with set goals in each quarter and be part of an incredible team environment that supports each other. Your role will see you trained on the product and being shadowed and mentored by the BDM, having meaningful conversations with clients, outreach, social selling, building a presence, product demonstrations and ultimately attending meetings with top clients.
