Overview

Position: Sales Manager - UK Northern Europe Salary: £Competitive bonus benefits Location: UK (home based) with European travel Future - find are currently working with an International leader within Digital Printing to recruit a UK based Sales Manager. The role will help continue growth of reseller, distributor and channel partner relationships within an established market. Our client is an ISO9001 certified company and a global leader within surface coatings used for digital printing and dye-sublimation. They have a global presence and sell into over 80 countries across the world. We are looking for a candidate who has experience of selling through third party channels such as distributors and resellers. Ideally the candidate will have some exposure or awareness of digital printing, ink manufacturing, stationary or office supplies, however this is not absolutely necessary. What is more important, is a demonstrable track record of creating, managing and growing business development channels for a business model similar to our client. The role will be based from home - anywhere in the UK - but will require monthly travel into Northern Europe. The candidate must be willing to travel when required for the role. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Assist resellers with organizational skills, account strategies, territory planning and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Initiate and coordinate sales development and create growth strategy tactics to penetrate new markets. Become actively involved in a new partner sales origination and sales training programs within new partners. Competitor analysis and developing new methods of attaining resellers and assisting resellers in attaining new accounts. Providing timely, accurate and competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while sustaining maximum profit margins. Other duties in addition.
