Job Description Job Description Halo Recruitment are working with an amazing client who are currently looking for a Field Based Business Development Managers in various locations. Sales Representative needed for an expanding UK Electrical Distributor Salary to be negotiated depend on experience and market knowledge. Car Allowance, laptop, phone, pension and bonus. An expanding UK Electrical Distributor is looking for an experienced Sales Representative with a proven track history, excellent organizational and communication skills. Main office in Southampton but you will not be required to go to the office on a daily basis. As the Sales Rep you will be responsible for developing new business within the assigned region so previous experience in the Electrical distribution, manufacturer and wholesaler market would be advantageous but not essential. This a fantastic opportunity for a proven Sales Rep. to develop your career in the Electrical Industrial industry. You will be selling electrical equipment (including Circuit Protection, Rotary Switches and Industrial Plugs and Sockets) to wholesaler channels. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following: Be self-motivated Have a proven sales background Seeking out new customers and sales opportunities for driving revenue Ability to work independently without supervision Ability to work under constraints and to make the most out of allotted resources Patience and the ability to tactfully handle customer negotiations Have the ability to build rapport and develop long term relationships Be enthusiastic about the products Have attention to detail that ensures the customer's requirements are conveyed accurately to the design and manufacturing teams Bring new ideas to the business in ways to improve our products and market share Requirements: Successful previous experience as a Sales REP. who consistently is exceeding targets Proven ability to drive the sales process from conception to close Experience working in the electrical industry Experiences in Sales and marketing in particularly relating to the low voltage industrial Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel and Outlook High enthusiasm, strong sense of responsibility, honest and confident Experience building client relationships that lead to account revenue growth Excellent interpersonal communication skills, team building and organization ability Ability to deliver up-to-date market information such as competitor's price, product development trend and change of standard and regulation.
