Are you currently a Lettings or Senior Lettings Negotiator looking for the opportunity to progress? Outstanding opportunity with fantastic earning potential Desirable Basic Salary £20,000 plus O.T.E UP TO £48,000k My client is looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator in Wimbledon with at least 2 years experience to join their highly successful team. You need to be someone who is willing to "muck-in", remain calm under pressure. In return you will join a fun team of dedicated Estate Agents . Duties include: Identify opportunities to drive the business forward Creating marketing strategies to bring in new business and increase the property portfolio Liaise with new and existing landlords and tenants by telephone, e-mail and face-to-face Create property details for all properties, ensuring they are always up to date with correct price and availability etc. Give feedback to all landlords on a regular basis with any advice needed to maximize the rent gained. Take photographs of all new properties and existing "re-lets" when required, as well as any additional improvements and ensure they look their best when uploaded to website. Answering and dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries Assist with property viewings where necessary Providing applicants and landlords with regular feedback Requirements: You must have a full, clean UK licence and own car Arla qualified but not essential You will be well-presented and professional in appearance Excellent communication skills You will thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment You will have good interpersonal and people skills You will be proactive and willing to go the extra mile This is a fantastic opportunity where no two days are the same and you really get out of the role what you are prepared to invest in to it.
