As a National Business Development Manager, you will display a strong background in employee benefits consultancy, experience selling to large corporates eg ideally FTSE 100, maybe FTSE 350 ( not SMEs ) and good connections reward and pensions directors, comfortable presenting at that level Whilst there may be flexible with the exact qualification held, it is essential that the candidate has a solid grounding in financial services, pensions knowledge, understanding of the market.
