Company Our client is working with us exclusively to grow their central London team. One of the top 5 serviced office brokers in the market, they have doubled the size of their team in the last 3 years and have ambitious plans to take their services global whilst also growing their London team. Their services help companies, large and small, to identify the best office for their needs. With access to 99% of the market, they’re able to offer a choice of locations across the UK as well as a wide array of office types, facilities and communities. In short, their experience and expertise helps companies to find the best office at the best price. Can you help them? Role With an outstanding marketing machine, you’ll receive plenty of new business leads each week from companies looking for help with their office move. In addition, you’ll have the freedom to develop your own business leads too, informed by your own research and knowledge of the market. You will take care of all needs for 13 desks or more in central London. You’ll call them to introduce yourself and to find out about their needs in detail. Once qualified, you will talk to them about the best options and make clear the benefits offered in each case. You will then book time for you to take them to view each relevant building and office. Once they’ve chosen, you will negotiate with the relevant provider to secure the best deal and then finalise contracts, prices and move-in dates on behalf of your client. Person The Sales Talent Matrix: Does this sound like you? Knowledge : 3 years’ B2B sales experience within the commercial property market is preferred, ideally within London’s Serviced Office sector; outstanding candidates with senior level B2B corporate field sales also considered; good knowledge of London’s serviced office providers and their locations / buildings / facilities; experience of sourcing own business through research and calls as well as proven success in handling inbound leads professionally. Attitude : Focused, resilient and hard-working, you will be positive, hungry and ambitious. Also, able to work unsupervised. Skills : Advanced telesales and face-to-face sales skills, including the ability to ask smart, probing questions to uncover full extent of opportunities when speaking to clients; the skill to open up prospects to share information; strong objection-handling skills; excellent spoken and written English; outstanding personal presentation - dress, manners, politeness; good negotiation and presentation skills. Habits : Used to taking and making phone calls each day; well-organised with structured sales processes; happy working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) without constant supervision; professional and polished in all you do.
