This is a unique opportunity in the recruitment market to join a boutique, Specialist Finance Recruitment Company. Do you want to work alongside million pound billers? Would you like the opportunity to earn £60k in your first year with the opportunity to push for £100k in your second year? The business is looking for ambitious sales people to start interviewing now (can be flexible with start date) Earning Potential: Starting salary: £25k - £30k (depending on experience) uncapped commission 20% flat commission with no thresholds Average deal size £10k 3 deals per month £30k billings per month £6k commission per month Job Role: Business Development: lead generation, cold calling (initial contact - all clients are met face to face), account management, expanding on existing business Candidate Engagement: sourcing the best candidates in the market through networking events, headhunting, researching on LinkedIn, shortlisting on job boards Ensuring your client gets the candidate they are looking for and your candidate gets the best package possible Seeing this process end-to-end will ensure you earn commission and build a great reputation in the market What else is in the package?
