VidOps are visual storytellers and expert video-creators. We manage all aspects of the production lifecycle from pre-production through to production and shooting footage, post-production edits and final delivery of media content, along with our community of creative talent.  We designed the business this way so our clients can focus on their daily operations without worrying about their internal media production projects – whilst being supported with planning, updated on project progress and have their edited content delivered online. We are a London-based startup currently working towards our series A investment round – focusing on improving our current service offering and also developing a web application which will support all areas of the business. We are a small multi-functional team, wearing multiple hats, working hard and enjoying ourselves along the way.  What you will be doing As we begin to expand we are looking for our first Production Coordinator to work with our creative community to create amazing visual media content for our customers. Manage the production of a number of visual media projects at any time spanning from shoot planning, coordinating crew, post-production, logistics planning, and budgeting Being both creatively confident and organised, providing creative direction of projects delivering quality content whilst ensuring our customers are supported and all logistics are managed seamlessly Provide account management and excellent customer service to our clients always keeping communication lines open and being a main point of contact Facilitate communication between customers and creators to ensure smooth project delivery Administrative skills - you’ll be manning operations on our new custom video production platform via our instant chat, answering inbound queries and providing project quotes for our customers Who you are You ideally have a background in film or creative production and are interested in video  You have a strong sense of urgency and exceptional organisational skills You have the ability to remain calm and level-headed under pressure and are a reliable team player A plus would be a background in video production managementmanaging multiple projects end-to end and juggling budgets, resources, schedules, clients You enjoy and embrace technology, VidOps is a media/tech startup after all You can quickly immerse yourself in startup culturecan quickly adapt to change at a high speed pace You are confident, proactive, full of perseverance and ambition with absolutely no ego Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communicator, as building authentic relationships with customers You are an analytical and strategic thinker, with a logical approach to problem-solving Why join the team? Role Requirements Essential: 1 years experience in customer facing role Keen to further progress a production career in a fast-paced, high-growth commercial environment Confident communicator, both in person and online Demonstrable experience of building strong professional relationships Proactive with the ability to multitask and prioritise Creative and solutions oriented Willingness to work flexibly and wear multiple hats in a fast-growing business environment Desired: Experience in creative production. Adobe Creative Suite.
