About us We are Studio Graphene. We plan, design and build bleeding edge digital solutions and IoT products. We are focused on helping startups navigate the journey from conceptualising an idea that they are passionate about to making it a commercial reality. Helping jump start ideas is what excites us and we feel passionately about the fact that a new venture needs the right technology partner to be by their side. Our focus and technical capability is in two key areas of technology; mobile and web application development and IoT. Our team has worked extensively in these two fields with established firms as well as startups. We are the Studio of Better Things. The Role We are on the lookout for an Account Executive with a passion for client development to work alongside our Client Partnerto deliver exceptional client support to our varied client base from startups to household names. What you’ll do: Field new business enquiries, ensuring they are qualified and followed through Prepare proposal documents Support with generating new business collateral Research new client requirements, helping to map areas for expansion Day to day client communication and support Research and identify areas for account growth Who you are: You have a keen interest in digital products, with an emphasis on defining and delivering the right solution You have at least 1 year's experience in a comparable role You have strong client management/ service experience, ideally gained within an agency environment You’ll have an attitude that wants to get stuck in and help the wider team wherever possible. Excellent attention to detail Able to build great relationships with clients, inspiring trust and confidence Excellent written and verbal communication skills You are super organised and get stuff done We want to make sure we find the perfect fit for the agency, so the interview process will likely be multi-phase, and we will ask you what your ideal role looks like - so get thinking
