Job Description

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR As a Delivery DevOps Engineer at Ripjar, you will be responsible for successfully deploying and integrating our world-class technologies to our customers. You will work closely with them to implement our solutions and solve their biggest challenges, representing Ripjar in complex environments where your creativity and problem-solving skills will be exploited to the maximum. When you are not working directly with our customers you will be focused on building new capabilities that improve our Delivery process leveraging DevOps, Software Development and Data Processing skills in support of our Customers, Partners and Ripjar. You'll be a self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced environment with the freedom to approach, own and solve problems independently, as well as part of a team. You will be passionate about technology and have a broad set of skills you can draw upon to tackle the diverse challenges our customers face. You will be able to communicate effectively at a technical and non-technical level, being able to explain technical concepts to non-technical people. As a Delivery DevOps Engineer you will:- * Become an expert in the deployment, configuration and integration of our Labyrinth Solution. * Work closely with our customers to ensure the successful implementation of our software. * Build data source integrations. * Develop internal tooling and capability to support our on-premise and SaaS solutions. * Provide technical advice or assist with on-site support.
