Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join an ambitious and innovative business based in Hoddesdon. As a dynamic Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for processing of incoming sales enquiries, raising quotations, providing technical information and following quotation through to orders. Key responsibilities and duties: * Understand customer needs and requirements * Prepare sales quotations based on customer requirements * support team in hitting monthly targets * Utilize the company CRM system to log and follow up all quotations * Establish and maintain lasting business relationships Requirements The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes and qualifications... * Experience and knowledge of the electrical lighting or electrical wholesale industry * Prior sales administration experience * Sales orientated mindset * Experience of working with a CRM system * Team player * Strong negotiation skills * Driven, motivated self-starter * Organized, methodical and accurate * Ability to complete tasks without being chased * Proven track record of managing high customer expectations and delivering results under time pressure working to tight deadlines Benefits Hours - Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm * Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 (Depending on experience) * Company bonus * 20 days holiday + 8 days statutory * Auto-enrollment pension * Free onsite parking
