Job Description
Our client is a well-established building company who have a turnover in excess of £250m. Based in Essex, they operate throughout London and the Home Counties undertaking residential, education and public sector projects, ranging up to £100m. They are currently seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in their Essex head office for a number of upcoming exciting projects. Skills and Experience: * Successful candidates will be Project Quantity Surveyors with a minimum of 5 years' experience post qualification experience. * Experience in working for a Main Contractor or Developer on residential projects from inception to completion on residential projects.
