Stairway is a digital personal tutor for STEM subjects We are on a mission to enable anyone to have access to effective and enjoyable education. Stairway was founded by recent students, who are extremely focused on creating a great product to address the specific challenges faced by students today, through a combination of a great product and content We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help us scale our existing web application to students around the world! You'll be a valued member of the Engineering team, with a large amount of input into ideating and planning new features, along with the technical infrastructure to support a fast-growing consumer product Requirements * Experience with Python, Flask and React.js (at least two of three) * Experience working with NoSQL databases * Excellent communication and ability to work as part of a team * Experience working alongside a design team to implement design specifications using HTML, SCSS and React.js * Experience writing tests, in frameworks such as PyTest, Selenium and Enzyme Benefits * Stock Option Plan * Training and Development Budget * 25 days holiday per year * Calm.com subscription * Office Library + Knowledge Sharing * Pension Plan
