We are looking for a talented Account Manager , with a minimum of 2 years' experience working in the financial services, technology or payments industries. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be highly focused at the result. Most importantly will have a make-it-happen attitude! In this role you will: * primarily identify, negotiate and close new business deals * manage existing relationships with clients and accounts * serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters * build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships * negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits * develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors * ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives * clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders * make visits to existing customers to identify opportunities for growth * forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) * prepare reports on account status * assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. Requirements The essential skills to be successful in this role are: * A proven record of exceeding targets * Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level * Ability to build relationships and solve problems * Ability and willingness to learn quickly * The ability to work to deadlines and manage projects * Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities * Excellent attitude to work and the workplace Desirable skills we would like you to have: * Strong understanding of the UK market, including connections to relevant partners * Working experience from a fast-growing company * You have used MEDDIC or SPIN 2.0 sales methodologies Benefits What we can offer * A competitive salary, based on talent and experience * 22 days holiday entitlement * Company bonus schemes
