Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Team Lead (Core Technologies) to oversee and manage all operations within our Core Technologies group. The group consists of multiple, small teams, whose primary directive is to develop SDKs and provide common supporting services to our mobile games. Reporting to the Technical Director, the candidate should be of lead developer/engineering manager level, with a solid software architecture background, and experience in mobile development. You should place quality in high regard and assure confidence through sound development practices. As a manager of multiple teams, you should be a highly effective communicator as this role will require liaising between many stakeholders and participating in Scrum ceremonies. You will also be expected to provide support and grow your teams through structured development processes. Requirements * Strong software architecture knowledge * 5+ yrs experience with C# * Experience in native mobile development (Java, Kotlin, ObjC, Swift) * 2+ yrs lead position * Great communication skills * Exceptional people management skills Desirable * Unity experience * Experience with CI and build systems (gradle, maven, jenkins) * Experience with unit testing and acceptance testing (nunit, nsubstitute, specflow) About Us Product Madness burst into life in 2007 as the brainchild of two Stanford Business MBA graduates who possessed an innate love of gaming.
