Summary: This position is a generalist role and will involve managing and supporting projects across the range of legal areas supported by the Outside Counsel Management and Legal Operations teams. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, business and organizational needs. In addition, to the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and work proactively with various teams across the organization, including IT, Operations Technology, HR and Finance. Required Skills: 1. Outside Counsel Management program support - help develop and advance team projects, driving to on-time and on-budget results 2. Contribute to process design efforts to drive efficiency for Facebook's outside counsel programs 3. Support data analytics efforts related to legal spend 4. Negotiate alternative fee arrangements with outside counsel 5. Create dashboards, identify and monitor metrics for outside counsel spend and other programs 6. Support end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, change management, ongoing support 7. Contribute to strategic planning/roadmap 8. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives with outside counsel and within our legal department 9. Support existing tools, processes, templates, playbooks, and KM efforts throughout the department Minimum Qualifications: 10. B.A. or B.S. or equivalent degree 11. Project/program management experience 12. 5+ years' experience in project management or operations 13. 5+ years' experience in developing/implementing solutions or operational improvements 14. Proven track record of metric driven process and technology improvements 15. Experience driving cross-functional programs from end-to-end 16. Leadership and interpersonal experience with a proven track record of building relationships 17. Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team 18.
