Your Mission We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to lead a new product at LandTech. You will be the product evangelist, take end to end ownership of the product strategy, and oversee its delivery. From research to definition, stakeholder management to design and delivery, you will design and build a product that delights our customers. Our Tech and Principles * Node.js (Vue.js & React), Python, Shell Scripts * Data stores such as Mongo, Postgres and ElasticSearch * CI and some CD via CircleCI * AWS (EB, ECS, Beanstalk, S3) and Kubernetes Cluster (ELK stack, Grafana+Prometheus, Istio) * A mixture of Lean, DevOps and Agile principles * Collaborative, test-first, fast-feedback software principles * A focus on *nix tooling and open source software Requirements * Youll be laser-focussed on our customers and form a deep understanding of their needs. Youll know more about your customers than anyone else in the business. * You will be a strategist who will set the products high-level vision and direction, and turn it into actionable tasks. Youll ensure LandInsight helps us meet our company-wide strategy, have a clear picture of the competitive landscape, and be commercially minded. * Youll be deeply analytical, with the ability to turn data into insight and insight into action. You will lead our tracking and visibility of product metrics, undertake robust user research, and challenge assumptions * You will be a consummate team player, adept at managing relationships, collaborating and influencing across the whole business. * You will help us develop an efficient product development process by identifying and removing roadblocks to realise product milestones. You will manage the product backlog, write user stories, and lead sprint planning and scoping sessions * You will be excited about working in a rapidly growing and ever-changing environment Essential Criteria * A proven track record of delivering a best in breed B2B SaaS product * You are results-orientated, a self-starter, with the ability to juggle several projects at once * Excellent communication skills Desirable Criteria * Experience in PropTech is not required, but very beneficial! * Experience working on platform products * Good technical skills Company Culture Our company was built on three core values: open, empower and home.
