As an engineering manager you will support, enable and empower your team, managing high-performing engineers to make a meaningful impact on billions of people around the world. London is our biggest engineering hub outside the US, and we build and ship products that serve billions of people from our central London locations. Required Skills: 1. Highly technical and effective people manager 2. Participate in technical design discussions and communicate across cross functional teams 3. Be a subject matter expert in a product domain 4. Define and influence product strategy 5. Drive and build healthy inclusive teams promoting diversity Minimum Qualifications: 6. Exceptional technical background within Software Engineering with a focus on product 7. Proven track record setting measurable goals and metrics driving success for teams and holding accountability 8. Demonstrated ability to manage technical teams 9. BS / MS in Computer Science (In lieu of degree, relevant work experience). Industry: Internet
