Our client is looking for Onboarding Success Manager
Responsibilities
• Lead one-on-one training sessions to empower clients with a deep understanding of our platform.
• Actively engage with clients throughout their journey to ensure seamless system adoption and optimal use.
• Evaluate clients’ business scenarios and offer strategic advice on leveraging system modules to resolve specific challenges.
• Design and maintain comprehensive training materials, such as detailed guides, knowledge base articles, and engaging video content.
• Develop tools and processes to enhance client comprehension and system implementation efficiency.
• Monitor project phases using advanced organizational software to ensure timely and successful completion.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in project management or onboarding, ideally within the construction or related fields.
• Exceptional skills in client training and motivation, ensuring clients gain full value from our system.
• High level of analytical capability to address complex business scenarios and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience in crafting educational and procedural documents to facilitate client engagement.
• Strong technical proficiency with CRM and project management software; experience with construction-specific systems like Procore is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and professional, with a proven ability to lead projects from start to finish.
• A track record of potential growth, with a readiness to advance into team leadership roles.
