Our client is looking for Vice President of Sales
Qualifications:
BA or BSc equivalent 4 year college degree
Deep knowledge of sales principles and practices.
Extensive experience in sales of commercial products or services; food industry experience preferred
Expertise in customer service and fundamental business concepts.
Knowledge of digital sales platforms
Expert in making presentations
Proficiency in digital sales platforms and CRM tools.
Proven presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence audiences.
Role & Responsibilities:
Leverage your extensive sales management experience to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
Attract top talent to build a dominant regional sales presence.
Oversee all aspects of team development, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
Provide guidance on effective account management and customer relationship building.
Implement sales strategies for various customer types.
Set and manage sales targets, holding your team accountable for results.

Demonstrate a strong business development and client service orientation.
Develop a winning annual pricing and sales strategy for each product line.
Lead the creation of weekly and monthly sales updates to track progress and exceed targets.

Prepare insightful sales reports for data-driven decision making.
Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
Build strong and enduring relationships with existing and new institutional customers to generate new business opportunities.
