Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence: Providing the highest level of service to both internal and external customers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Active Assessment Calls: Making the assigned number of assessment calls and collaborating with the operations manager to reach team goals.Thorough Assessments: Conducting detailed assessments over the phone to evaluate if the client is a good fit for our services and to identify their specific needs.Service Determination: Determining the appropriate services required based on assessment outcomes and client needs.Client Connection: Ensuring clients are connected to the appropriate staff and services necessary to meet their needs.Seamless Referral Collaboration: Collaborating with other staff and community service providers to ensure seamless referral services.Efficient Prioritization: Prioritizing and working efficiently throughout the workday with strong attention to detail.
