Responsibilities:

Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and social media.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to achieve sales targets.Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify potential candidates and match them with appropriate opportunities.Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining strong relationships with clients.Stay current with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or a related field.Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving results.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
