Flexible Offices and Workspace Manager

The Office Providers ,
Manchester, Greater Manchester

Overview

Job Description

We are a RICS-regulated flexible workspace and office space search service. We work with the majority of workspace and office space providers around the world and we connect individuals and businesses searching for serviced offices, coworking spaces, flexible corporate office space solutions and other forms of flexible workspace. We currently do not display the portfolios of all the providers that we work with, we currently display a sample set of properties in each location and when we receive a requirement from a client, we conduct a customised search on their behalf. We are looking for someone to join our growing team to help us display the portfolios of all of the providers that we work with. This will entail liaising with office providers in all countries worldwide, obtaining portfolio details and then uploading the property details to our Wordpress site. Descriptions of properties will need to be uniquely written by the Flexible Offices and Workspace Manager, although we do have trusted external services that the manager will have full access to. Moving forward, this will involve managing and updating a portfolio of over 10,000 individual properties from approximately 3,000 flexible office providers, in around 1,500 cities. The role will involve working with our marketing team to help promote our clients' offices through email marketing, social media marketing and other channels. Requirements We are looking for someone who is professional and fun. We are a B2B professional services firm and our clients range from digital nomads looking for coworking space in any location from Bali to Brighton, to multinational corporations looking for managed offices in Canary Wharf or New York City. We have a broad audience and our content needs to reflect that. The office providers that we work with range from multinational plcs to an individual running a coworking cafe in Barcelona so we are looking for someone who has good people skills. We need someone who is able to write well - so degree-level English would be great, or some experience in a content writing/management role would be, also. We will provide all required software and we are open to investing in further requested tools and software. Wordpress experience would be preferable although full training is provided. SEO experience, social media and marketing experience would be beneficial also. Benefits Salary is negotiable. Full training, various leisure memberships, corporate discount scheme including travel and hotel accommodation through our partners. Flexible working is absolutely fine with us as long as mutually-agreed KPIs are met. We have arrangements with many providers so working from our clients' flexible space is possible, and encouraged, so you are able to experience workspace whilst writing about it, as well as strengthening relationships with our clients. You can also work out of our offices in Manchester, London, Leeds or Cardiff, also, when government guidelines allow. Initially, most work will be done remotely so access to broadband will be neceesary. We are a fast-growing company with a startup feel and we'd love to welcome the right person along to enjoy the ride.
