Energised by continued growth, and boasting an annual turnover in excess of £735m per annum, we're committed to investing in our people and creating the conditions for them to excel. Reporting to the Contracts Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking various planned and reactive maintenance tasks and occasional new minor installation work. The individual will work as part of the FM team, but must demonstrate a sound knowledge of all mechanical, electrical and building fabric systems and demonstrate ability to work on their own initiative. You will be required to participate in the company's on call rota.
