Your role as a Care Coordinator To be a successful Care Coordinator, you will effectively manage the daily communications of our site, ensuring person-centred care is at the heart of everything you do. You will be personable, confident and have the ability to positively influence to ensure all of our valued client's needs are met. As a driven and ambitious individual, you will share our passion for developing the business and supporting the growing team at our office in Maghull, Sefton. Ensuring outstanding compliance and effectively scheduling hours for our care givers are key focuses for this role and takes someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Meeting our client's needs on a daily basis means this role is fast paced and will require someone who is adaptable and able to remain professional and positive when working under pressure. You will be required to help with our on-call out of houses service on a rota basis, therefore flexibility is required to work occasional weekends or evenings. Although we provide exceptional training, you will be required to have previous knowledge of being a care coordinator and experience with care planning software.
