Job Description
We are seeking to recruit highly motivated and innovative Registered Paediatric/Adult Nurses to join the Health Visiting teams as part of our Skilled-Mix Model. You will work as a Community Staff Nurse to support the delivery of core and targeted health services to the children aged 0-4 and their families as part of the Health Visiting Teams. The post holder will be supported by qualified health visitors and given extensive bespoke package of training and support.
