Qualified Social Workers Needed for an Authority using Signs of Safety- Child Protection NonStop's client, a local authority based in North West London is looking for a Qualified Social Worker for its Child Protection Team. This is an authority embracing new technology and ways of working, encouraging staff to have a better work life balance by working from home (providing laptops and mobile phones). They have also invested considerably over the last few years to offer a fully inclusive "Signs of Safety" approach to social work encompassing their IT systems. This is an authority taking candidates progression seriously, successful candidates will be offered a 12 month plan, outlining your own motivations for the year ahead, giving you a structure for success. They are able to pay up to £36,000 for Social Workers and £39,000 for Senior Social Workers to attract the right candidates a competitive offer in the current marketplace plus a recruitment and retention bonus.
