Our team is seeking a person with a strong technical background, ads experience and a great passion for the industry. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be embedded with the Engineering team and possess an overarching understanding of the end to end system architecture. The successful candidate will also commit to learning the team's technology and to making it transparent to other teams. They make sure that dependent teams are not broken by changes, and that their team is also not broken by upstream changes while clearly communicating requirements to the teams they depend on. **Required Skills:** 1. Manage cross-functional product development programs in a matrix organization covering a range of teams and tools. 2. Help define the roadmap and long-term strategy of the teams that you are working with. 3. Partner with key product groups across engineers, scientists & analysts, product managers across the company to understand and anticipate their needs. 4. Forge partnerships with the Product teams to collaborate on dependencies & solve problems. 5. Articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of your team. 6. Bring a strong sense of execution and ownership to the team. 7. Build highly scalable, performant and reliable systems and infrastructure. 8. Define and own key metrics and key performance indicators. **Minimum Qualifications:** 9. 5+ years of tech industry experience including 5+ years of program management experience. 10. Lead initiatives and work closely with teams across the organization, including partnership teams. 11. Experience managing an organization of program or product managers, including building and growing the team. 12. Experience moving technical or engineering programs and products from inception to delivery, and experience articulating the impact using metrics, growth examples, return, etc. 13. Experience structuring an organization that optimizes for execution, including attracting talent and building out gaps in the existing team. 14. Communication experience and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products. 15.
