PREPPER / POLISHER £11ph - £13ph / 40 hour week / Monday to Friday Scope Personnel are looking to hire an experienced Prepper with excellent background and skills within an accident repair centre environment for an established bodyshop. This Bodyshop is a large and very busy accident repair centre and requires an experienced Paint Prepper / Polisher Job Description * A minimum of 3 years vehicle repair experience, as a Paint Prepper * To have all prepping skills, and be confident in your ability to accurately and efficiently prep a vehicle prior to painting. * Ability to smart repair and/or polish the repaired vehicle and/or panels to a high standard would be advantageous but not essential. * To be able to manage your own workload * ATA and/or NVQ qualification will be an advantage but not essential if you have the skills and experience. * To repair our Customers' vehicles to the highest standard in a timely manner. * A positive attitude and a flexible approach that enables repairs to flow through the workshop. * To follow company guidelines and industry standards to complete all tasks to the highest standards. * Salary based on a 40 hour basic, good Bonus rate applies and lots of paid overtime on offer. * We're open to negotiations on salary package, please contact us today. * Immediate start.
