The IT Systems and Security Operator is a critical role in the integrity and ultimately the success of The National Lottery. How you'll make a difference Working in a 12 hour shift pattern as an IT Systems and Security Operator; you'll be monitoring, supporting and liaising with specialist teams ensuring we're resilient in the face of adversity and operating with the utmost integrity across all of our platforms, games and brands. What you'll bring to the table * Experienced in logging, tracking and raising issues as per formal process (Jira) * A wide understanding of networks and security processes and policies * A solid understanding and ability to rectifying basic issues and/or communicating these effectively and efficiently to relevant teams * Demonstrated ability to operate within strict SLAs and understand the critical importance of this position to the integrity and the transparency of Camelot and The National Lottery What well give you We look after our people.
