Job Description
Scope Personnel are happy to be recruiting on behalf of our busy client for a HGV Shift Leader. This role will require you to work an alternating early & late shift pattern with the shifts as follows; Week 1 - Monday - Friday - 06:00am - 14:30pm Week 2 - Monday - Friday - 14:00pm - 22:30pm The basic salary on this role is negotiable, but the OTE on the position is in the region of £35,000. * You will spend most of your time in our Workshop maintaining vehicles to the high standards, carrying out inspections, repairs and services as well as carrying out roadside repairs to recover vehicles... * As a HGV Shift Leader you will be overseeing a small team within the work shop providing guidance and support to your team members and Service Manager. * Analysing and diagnosing vehicles are also a critical part of this role to ensure we exceed our Customers' expectations Company benefits include; * 31 days holiday per year including Bank Holidays * Retail discounts saving £££'s at high street stores, on-line and in supermarkets * Team Member Auto-enrolment Pension Scheme with employer contribution * Family & Friends Discounted Car Scheme * Discounted Healthcare schemes If you are currently looking for a new position and would like to discuss this role further, please call Josh on 0151 541 5900 or apply here.
