* Clinical Negligence Solicitor Newton Le Willows Competitive salary and benefits package on offer A highly attractive position has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a client of mine in their Newton Le Willows Multi Service Firm. The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor should have 1-3 years' PQE, should have good experience of handling a caseload of Clinical Negligence matters and should be highly organised. You will have a strong desire to work in this area of law and experience in handling Clinical Negligence cases. Responsibilities to include; * You will run challenging and complex cases from start to finish * To work, as part of a team, advising the firm's clients on complex matters, showing in depth knowledge of liability and causation arguments with a good understanding of medical issues Providing the highest level of client care in the management of client matters * Supervision and support of junior fee earners * Building relationships with internal and external parties * Ensuring that files are managed effectively, meeting set deadlines, complying with precedents, letters or documents on the case management system About You; * Clinical Negligence experience is essential * Handling high value cases * Strong technical abilities and a sound understanding of the current climate in the healthcare market * A good law degree or legal academic background such as ILEX study & LLM or LPC * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain good working relationships * Excellent client care and communication skills are essential
