The company; * A well-established, full service, multi - office firm The opportunity; * To deal work alongside other Senior and experienced experts within the Commercial Litigation field and have the opportunity to progress and develop the Commercial Litigation department and client base for the firm * For those seeking progression, my client is keen on supporting further development/studies * An opportunity to deal with high quality work/clients * A competitive salary plus generous benefits package is on offer The candidate; * You must have previous experience and be confident running your own case load * You must be able to demonstrate exceptional client care, time management, organisational and IT skills * You must have the ability to work effectively as part of a team The Role; * You will be expected to deal with your own case load of litigation matters to include; * Contract Disputes * Contested Wills and Probate * Property Litigation (Landlord and Tennant Claims) * Professional negligence matters * Insolvency * Partnership and Shareholder Disputes * Boundary Disputes You will also be expected to; * Take an active part in business development opportunities on behalf of the team and firm * Attend to clients, both in person and on the telephone, and provide such support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm's standards for client care * Manage the preparation of correspondence and documents through the case management system * Attendance and participation at group meetings This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a very successful firm with an outstanding reputation in the legal field.
