Job Description
Scope Personnel are happy to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a HGV Workshop Supervisor. This role will require you to work an early & late shift pattern with the shift times as follows; Week 1 - Monday - Friday - 06:00am - 15:00pm Week 2 - Monday - Thurs - 15:00pm - 00:00am. Fri - 13:00pm - 22:00pm. The basic salary on this role is negotiable, but pays an OTE of £37,000 - £48,000 Duties will include supervising a shift of HGV Technicians, ensuring quality standards and staff discipline are maintained, issuing work to Technicians, communicating with customers and providing technical support to your team. Ensuring good housekeeping and health and safety processes are adhered to at all times. You must have some supervisory experience to be suitable for this role and you will also be required to be semi productive.
