DEPUTY TECHNOLOGY (IT) MANAGER LOCATION: CANNOCK SALARY: up to 36k DOE PLUS BENEFITS As our Deputy Technology Manager, supported by a team, you will manage the day-to-day service delivery in a mixed Windows and Mac environment. In addition to working within agreed SLA's you will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for process development and improvement and delivering these using your proven project management skills. With your experience of leading or managing a technical team coupled with your operational experience of IT infrastructures and networks, you will have the opportunity to be part of shaping technological solutions that manage our service provision today and provide solutions that support our growth in the future. The small print... There will be an occasional need to travel to other stores to support our remote teams and therefore a full Driving Licence is essential for this role. As we operate across 7 days, you might also occasionally need to provide support outside of normal business hours.
