You are required to work collaboratively in a safe, care and respectful way. As a Nursing Assistant you will be working within Station 4 Urology based at the University Hospital Ayr. This is a 23 bedded urology unit which receives emergency and elective surgery, provides conservative management to those with urological conditions and palliative care. You will be an integral part of the team working alongside registered nurses and allied health professionals. Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills are essential and previous experience in a health care setting is desirable. You should be enthusiastic and motivated with a commitment to delivering a high standard of person centred care to patients within the urology setting. A flexible approach to shift patterns including night duty is required. Hours: Two 28.75 hour per week posts available.
