Perm ECC Night Vet - Amazing opportunity!!

WEST SUSSEX - Our client is looking for an ECC Night Vet to join their supportive team. They are open to short term locum, long term locum, locum with a view to permanency or permanent. It is important they find the right mix of skills and personality for their team. The practice is proudly independent and family-owned within a purpose designed 24 hour hospital. They have an excellent reputation and based on their significant growth, are now looking for an additional ECC Vet to join them. You must be passionate about providing the highest standards for your patients and a premium service for your clients. They have great relationships with the daytime teams in the hospital and branch practices, so it is vitally important that you have excellent communication skills and value the importance of teamwork. The role will involve seeing first opinion emergencies alongside providing continuous care for inpatients. They are looking for a vet who can efficiently investigate cases to a high standard and have a medical mind-set, as well as being competent with emergency surgeries sole-charge. Good personal skills are essential, and the candidate will be encouraged to maintain continuity with clients and able to see cases through to a conclusion. They recognise the importance of a work/life balance and average 12x 13hr shifts in a 28 day period. Although experience in emergency care is preferred, this is not essential, and they would consider applicants with a strong passion for this discipline. Funding towards an ECC certificate will also be considered.
