Job Description
An exciting new role has come available in Northern Ireland for a fluent DUTCH speaker to join and international Technical Support team. The job is based in Belfast - a vibrant and multicultural city with lots of activities to do during the day as well as in the evening. Besides this, outside the city you will find beautiful countryside to explore! As a Technical Support Advisor you will represent a global IT company, specialising in personal computer and mobile peripherals. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers via phone, email and live chat. Listening to the customers needs. providing product information and troubleshooting technical issues is part of your responsibilities. The successful candidate has: * Excellent communication skills with fluency in both DUTCH and English * Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role * Ability to multi-task * Interest in technology The selection process is done remotely via email, phone and skype. Once you are successful you will be asked to book your own flight to Belfast, but your flight costs will be reimbursed (up to 150 Euro), 7 nights in a city centre hotel upon arrival, Support in finding accommodation, opening bank accounts and much more.
