Job Description

The Microbiology department at Maidstone Hospital are recruiting now! We are looking for a friendly, organised team leader with a passion for healthcare and an interest in science. This is a part time 'job share' opportunity working in our pre analytical area, supervising receipt and dispatch of specimens to laboratory areas and acting as the first line of contact with our users. The role includes staff training, audit, document production and day to day office management as well as specimen handling. We pride ourselves on being a friendly department who are accredited to UKAS ISO 15189:2012 ISO standards.
