You will be able to balance your focus between our customers and the dispensary to ensure we deliver exceptional customer care to our online digital customers & our stores. We can offer flexibility in the amount of days and/or hours you can work so that you can remain fully committed to your studies while gaining great experience. Working alongside our Pharmacists and Technicians, you will be responsible for the efficient delivery of online dispensary processes to ensure our customer and stores are taken care of. The tasks include processing Digital prescriptions & Central Fulfilment prescriptions for branches. This role maintains a high level of competence to ensure the safe dispensing of medication to customers as well as being the experts that our customers can rely on when communicating online. What you'll do: * Dispensing prescriptions in Digital & Central Fulfilment whilst complying with patient confidentiality and data protection protocols. * Stock management & rotation to minimise exposure to stock write off. * Receiving deliveries at Goods-In, signing for, checking & delivering stock to the Pharmacy. * Despatching parcels via Royal Mail on the required services to meet patients' needs. * Working with the Warehouse Despatch team to despatch our orders via Royal Mail or 3PL couriers. * Completing Customer Service tasks and communicating via intercom * Updating patient information on PharmOS. * Maintaining relationships with customers & GP surgeries. * Following up and chasing GP's for prescriptions via the telephone, email or fax. * Using the digital app for development and user acceptance testing. * Liaison and collaboration with the software developers to ensure that the customer experience is always at the forefront of product development. * Process orders, order stock, keep accurate records, communicate, dispense & despatch prescriptions. * General warehouse duties within any area of HSC * Dealing with queries of all types from customers & colleagues. * To ensure prioritised workloads are actioned accordingly and completed in a timely manner. * Ability to move between different areas of the HSC activity as directed i.e. can move between manual dispensing area, onto the Robopharma sorters or other automation as required. Key knowledge and skills required for the role: * Training towards an MPharm degree. * The ability and skills to work within a team environment to achieve business goals as well as recognise and appreciate contribution from all team members. * Good IT skills to be able to use our PMR system, PharmOS, Intercom, Royal Mail and other IT related software.
