Your role as a Support Worker You will ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our patients encompassing all activities of daily living. You will be actively involved in everyday activities, educational and behavioural support programmes, and leisure/recreational activities as outlined in our individual care plans, whilst helping our patients to work towards their ambitions and goals.
